Tenant Improvements

Before one of our Journeyman Plumbers can install waste piping to this tenant improvement, Alejandro prepares the trench to the proper depth and gradient.

With the trench properly prepared, Iverson is ready to tie into the existing plumbing and complete the Underground Phase of the this tenant improvement.

With the Underground Phase completed, John, Dave, and Ron prepare a staging area where all of the necessary piping, fittings, and tools can be organized to begin the Top-Out Phase of the project.

Phil, Dan, and Iverson have introduced waste and water piping to what will soon be the wall of a new restroom and John F. uses a hand-held torch and a roll of solder to make final preparations for the installation of restroom fixtures.

Finally, Charlie positions himself under the newly constructed counter to complete the Trim Phase of this tenant improvement by connecting the sink and faucet into the new plumbing.
